2010 HANDBOOK
Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat more healthy foods.
3. live with the 3 E's- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
4.Read more books then i did in 2009.
5. Sleep for at least 8 hours.
7. Exercise and run.
Personality:
8.Don't compare my life to others.
9. Don't have negitive thoughts, instead invest energy in the positive present moment in life.
10. Don't waste presious energy on gossip.
11. Dream more while awake.
12. Envy is a waste of time, i already have what i need.
13. Don't waste your time hating anyone, love everyone.
14. No one is in charge of my happiness except me.
15. Relize that life is school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
15. Smile and laugh more:)
16. be myself. no matter what.
17. Make others that are sad no the good in them.
18. Be a friend.
Society:
19. get along with family.
20. Each day give something good to others.
18. Forigve.
21. Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
22. What other people think of me is none of my business.
23. Grow strong bonds with my friends.
Life:
24. Do the right thing!
25. Remember to always love yourself.
26. The best is yet to come.
27. Be happy.
28. Take a look around and appreciate all the wonderful things in life.
29. Smile at everyone you see.
30. Look for the best things in life instead of focusing on the bad.
31.....Love life.
